Deleting your account

How to delete your account

  1. Sign in at stillnesscode.com or in the app.
  2. Open Account (in the app: Chamber → Account).
  3. Read what will be removed, then type your account email to confirm.
  4. Deletion is immediate. Your session ends and the account is gone.

If you cannot sign in, write to support@stillnesscode.com from your account email and we will complete the same deletion for you.

What is deleted

  • Journal entries
  • Governing decisions
  • Practice sessions and journey progress
  • Reminder and notification settings
  • Profile, sign-in identity, and all active sessions
  • Waitlist entries under the account email

Deletion is immediate and irreversible. There is no recovery window.

What is retained

Records of payments already made are retained for legal and accounting purposes, with your identity removed from them. They contain payment identifiers, amounts, and dates — never your writing, your practice, or your email address.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google. Cancel in the store first: Apple subscriptions · Google Play subscriptions. Web subscriptions end with the account or can be cancelled by writing to support@stillnesscode.com.
