Refund Policy
Stillness OS is $99 for one year, paid once. This page explains when money comes back, and who handles it.
Who you are buying from
Stillness OS is sold by Dominion Lux Holdings Limited. Payment is taken through our Shopify store, which appears on your statement as The Rev Benton Experience. We are the seller; a payment query can be raised with us directly at the address below.
The free product exists so you decide before paying
The daily practice and the Inner Command Audit are free and always will be, and the first Mirror after seven days costs nothing. That is the intended way to find out whether Stillness OS is for you before any money changes hands.
Cancelling
A year is paid once and does not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. When the year ends the longitudinal features close and the free practice continues. Nothing you have written is deleted.
When we refund
We refund without argument where the charge was not what you intended: if you were charged in error, charged twice, or bought a year you have not used. Write to us and we will arrange it.
When we may not
Outside those cases, refunds for time you have already had access to are at our discretion, and are decided case by case rather than by a rule. We would rather you cancelled during the trial than paid for something you did not want.
How to make a request
Write to hello@stillnesscode.com from the address on the account, saying what was charged and what you would like done. We aim to reply within three working days. Quote the order number on your receipt.
Your statutory rights
Nothing on this page limits rights you have by law. Depending on where you live you may have a statutory right to cancel or to a refund — including, for consumers in the UK and EU, a right of withdrawal for distance purchases. Those rights apply regardless of anything said here.
