The work
All text, practices, films, audio, design, and branding on this site — including the phrases Inner Government, The Seven Codes, and The Stillness Code — are the intellectual property of Rev Benton unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or distribute them without written permission, beyond fair quotation with attribution.
The practices
The practices offered here are educational and spiritual in nature. They are not medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment, and they are not a substitute for appropriate professional care. If you are unwell, seek qualified help.
The portal
Access to the private portal is by invitation and personal to you. Sharing access, redistributing portal materials, or attempting to circumvent access controls ends the invitation.
Chamber membership and billing
Stillness OS is offered as one product at $99 in US dollars, paid once, granting one year of access. There is no monthly plan. The daily practice — arrival, the Seated Minute, the governing decision, your returns and provocation capture — together with the Inner Command Audit, is free permanently and is not part of what is purchased. The price is shown before you pay and does not change during a paid year.
Cancelling
A year of Stillness OS is paid once and does not renew automatically, so there is no subscription to cancel. When the year ends the longitudinal features close and the free practice continues unchanged. Nothing you have written — journal, record, governing decisions, returns or captures — is deleted because a paid year lapsed.
Refunds
Payment is taken through our Shopify store and appears on your statement as The Rev Benton Experience. If you are charged in error, charged twice, or have bought a year you have not used, write to us and we will refund it. Beyond that, refunds are at our discretion — the free product exists so that you can decide before paying anything. Statutory rights, including any right of withdrawal available to you, are unaffected.
No warranties
The site is offered as it stands. We work to keep it accurate and available but make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
These terms may be revised as the work grows. The date below is the date of the current version, and continued use after a revision accepts it.
